T-Mobile is celebrating the 10th anniversary of T-Mobile Tuesdays by launching its first-ever “Member Month,” a month-long promotion packed with free perks, travel benefits, dining discounts, fuel savings, and sweepstakes. It’s available to eligible T-Mobile, Metro by T-Mobile, Home Internet, and small business customers through the T-Life and myMetro apps.

Unlike many rewards programs, customers don’t need to earn points or hit spending thresholds — many perks are available simply by being a customer.
Free DashPass returns
Eligible customers can activate another 12 months of DashPass membership: reduced service fees, $0 delivery fees on qualifying orders, and exclusive promotions. For regular food-delivery users, this benefit alone can provide meaningful savings throughout the year.
Gas discounts and travel savings
Member Month includes enhanced Shell Fuel Rewards discounts — select promotions worth up to 50 cents off per gallon, plus a limited-time $1.99-per-gallon promotion at participating Shell stations in Los Angeles, Houston, and Chicago. T-Mobile Travel benefits (hotel, rental car, cruise credits) are now integrated directly into the T-Life app.
Is Member Month worth it?
For existing customers, it’s essentially free value — the DashPass return and new Delta perks stand out. For anyone weighing a switch, it’s a reminder that plans are no longer just coverage and data: perks and subscription savings can add real value depending on how you use your plan.
