Mint is owned by T-Mobile and runs on T-Mobile's 5G and 4G LTE network, with typical speeds of 79–367 Mbps. It sells four allowances — 6GB, 17GB, 23GB and Unlimited — and sells them in prepaid blocks of 3, 6 or 12 months rather than month to month.
The current new-customer offer flattens the whole lineup: any plan, including Unlimited, is $15/mo on a 3, 6 or 12-month term. That's $45, $90 or $180 paid upfront. It applies to your first term only, which is why the renewal column below is the one to read before you buy.

Intro price versus renewal price
Every plan is $15/mo for a new customer's first term. The renewal rate is what you'll actually live with, and it's the only column that distinguishes the four plans.
Renewal rates depend on the term you choose — 12 months is cheapest, 3 months dearest. The Unlimited plan renews at roughly $30/mo on a 12-month term and $40/mo on a 3-month term. Taxes and fees are extra throughout.
What it really costs
Ignore the intro rate when you're choosing between plans. Every Mint plan is $15/mo for a new customer's first term — $45 for three months, $90 for six, $180 for twelve. The decision is entirely about what happens next.
Renewal depends on the term as well as the plan. Unlimited renews around $30/mo on a 12-month term and $40/mo on a 3-month one, so buying the longest term you're comfortable with is worth roughly $10/mo forever after.
The 23GB plan is the clear mistake in the lineup. It renews at $45/mo, more than Unlimited on any term. There's no usage pattern where paying more for a cap makes sense.
Two limits to price in. Unlimited slows above 50GB when the network is busy and video streams in SD across the lineup — Mint is a genuinely cheap plan, not a premium one, and taxes and fees are extra on top.
