Announced October 26, 2026. Available in November (no exact date yet).

T-Mobile announced T-Mix on October 26: three plans called Standard, More and Loaded, starting at $55 a month for one line with AutoPay. Instead of a fixed set of perks, each plan comes with Picks, credits you spend on the streaming, gaming or phone deals you want. The plans arrive in November.

T-Mobile has only published prices for one to four lines. Discounted versions for 55+, military and veterans, first responders and college students are coming, but T-Mobile hasn't given their prices.

After the high-speed allowance, hotspot runs at 3G speed and Canada/Mexico or international data at up to 256Kbps. Calls abroad are $0.50 a minute on every plan.

Standard is the budget tier. After 50GB, your data can slow down in busy areas, and hotspot is too slow for a laptop. More is the closest match to today's Experience More, and Loaded to Experience Beyond.

How Picks work

Picks are shared across the account, so one Netflix Pick covers the whole family. You get more Picks with a higher tier or more lines. Unused Picks don't carry over to the next quarter and have no cash value.

4 PicksESPN Unlimited, Netflix Premium

Optimized Video Calls is included with T-Mix Loaded. T-Mobile says it can change what each benefit costs in Picks.

You can swap partner Picks four times a year: three change windows plus a yearly "Annual Remix". T-Satellite can be changed any time. Changing a partner benefit outside a window may cost a fee.

The catch: phones cost Picks too

New-phone deals now come out of the same Picks as your perks. T-Mobile's marketing chief told GeekWire that a new iPhone takes two Picks and an iPhone Pro takes three, held for the length of the three-year payment plan.

That adds up fast. A four-line family on T-Mix More gets seven Picks, which isn't enough for a new iPhone on every line. A single line on More gets two Picks: a new iPhone would use both, leaving nothing for Netflix.

T-Mobile told GeekWire that accounts with one or two lines will pay about $5 to $10 a month less than on the current plans, while a five-line account might pay $10 to $15 more. Overall, it says prices are roughly the same.

Do you have to switch?

No. Current customers can keep their plan. T-Mobile's announcement doesn't mention a price guarantee for T-Mix, so if you're on an Experience plan with the 5-Year Price Guarantee, check what you'd give up before moving.

T-Mix makes the most sense if you already pay for one or two of the services on the Picks list and bring your own phone. If you mostly want a new phone every few years, the Picks math gets tight, and a plan from one of the cheaper brands on T-Mobile's network may cost less overall.
