Visible, the prepaid brand Verizon owns, is selling six months of its base plan for $75 upfront. The plan is normally $25 a month, so you save $75. It's for new customers who bring their own phone, and it ends October 29.
The deal
Visible calls it "Buy 3 months of Visible, get 3 months on us." You pay $75 once for your first six months of the Visible plan. That works out to $12.50 a month, with taxes and fees included.
After six months, the plan goes back to $25 a month. There's no contract, so you can leave or change plans then.
What the Visible plan includes
Unlimited talk, text and data on Verizon's 5G and 4G LTE network, unlimited hotspot at up to 5 Mbps, and calls and texts to Mexico and Canada. Video streams at up to 480p. In busy areas, your data can slow down before Verizon's own customers' does.
Who should skip it
If you need faster data, more hotspot speed or Verizon's Ultra Wideband 5G, Visible+ is the better fit. It's $30 a month for five years with code 5OFF5, then $35. The $75 deal only covers the base plan.
Not sure Verizon's network works where you live? Visible has a free trial on a second eSIM line, so you can test it before you pay.
