Network and coverage
Straight Talk runs on Verizon’s full 4G LTE and 5G network — the same towers as Verizon postpaid, including 5G Ultra Wideband where available. The trade-off is standard MVNO priority: during congestion, data may be deprioritized below Verizon postpaid. For most users in non-congested areas it’s invisible; in dense urban markets at peak hours it can be noticeable.
