One of the last carriers still selling airtime by the minute, alongside four monthly plans on Verizon's network — with international calling credit built into three of them.
Page Plus is a Verizon Value brand running on Verizon's network, with typical speeds of 34–149 Mbps on 5G. It sells two entirely different things: conventional monthly plans from $12 to $55, and pay-as-you-go minute cards at six cents a minute that last 120 days or a full year.
The monthly plans are built around international calling — the $29.95 tier and above include unlimited national and international texting plus a $10 international calling credit. What to watch is the data behaviour: on everything except the top plan, exhausting your allowance drops you to 2G rather than a usable reduced speed.

Pay-as-you-go cards
Page Plus is one of very few carriers still selling airtime by the minute. Every card is six cents a minute — what changes is how long the balance stays alive.
The one-year expiry on the $80 card applies on the standard pay-as-you-go plan; used as a cash balance on a monthly plan it expires in 120 days. Minutes can be topped up at any time.
What it really costs
Auto Refill is worth taking on every monthly plan — $10 instead of $12, $27 instead of $29.95, $36 instead of $39.95 and $50 instead of $55. It requires a card on file, and it's the pricing Page Plus expects you to be on.
The 2G fallback is the thing to plan around. On the $12, $29.95 and $39.95 plans, running out of data drops you to 2G, where Page Plus notes streaming audio and video may stop working. Only the $55 plan has fully unlimited LTE with no cliff.
Taxes and fees here are unusually small — $0.09 on the $12 plan and $0.44 on the $55 plan before state tax, against roughly $4.88 per line at Consumer Cellular. There's no activation fee and no termination fee.
The pay-as-you-go maths is the real story for light users. $80 buys 1,333 minutes valid for a year — $6.67/mo. Data add-on cards are sold separately at $5 for 1GB or $10 for 2GB, and unused data rolls over while service stays active.

Does Page Plus include mobile hotspot?
No. None of the Page Plus monthly plans or pay-as-you-go cards include mobile hotspot data. If you tether, look at Tracfone's $50 plan or Red Pocket Premium, both of which include a dedicated allowance.
