Visible launched Visible One on August 27, 2026 — the brand's first plan that puts mobile service and fiber home internet on a single bill. It runs on Visible Fiber, which uses Verizon Fios infrastructure, and starts at $50/month for the first two months ($100 upfront), then $55/month from month three. Taxes and fees are included, there is no credit check, and there is no annual contract. The part that decides whether any of this applies to you is the eligibility rule, so start there.
The two tiers
| Visible One | Visible+ Pro One | |
|---|---|---|
| Price | $50/mo first 2 months ($100 upfront), then $55/mo | $75/mo |
| Mobile plan | Visible base plan | Visible+ Pro (5G Ultra Wideband, smartwatch line) |
| Fiber speed | 300/300 Mbps | 1 Gig |
| Equipment | Included | Included |
| Taxes and fees | Included | Included |
| Contract | None | None |
| Credit check | None | None |
Both tiers are sold as a single line item. Verizon's announcement frames that as the point of the product: “Millions of homes are already wired for fiber and Visible Fiber gives those households a fast, reliable connection they can activate in minutes, paired with mobile on one straightforward bill,” said David Kim, President of Verizon Value.
Who can actually get it
Visible Fiber is available to new Fios customers who have an existing and inactive ONT — the Optical Network Terminal, the fiber box mounted on a wall or in a utility closet — and who are not currently subscribed to Verizon Fios. Both conditions have to hold. A home that has never had fiber run to it does not qualify, and neither does a home already on Fios. In practice that points at addresses where a previous resident had Fios and the hardware was left in place. Visible's eligibility check at visible.com/home is the only way to confirm it for a given address.
What the fiber part costs
Visible's standalone mobile prices make the internet portion easy to isolate. The base plan is $25/mo all-in and Visible+ Pro is $45/mo all-in. Against $55 and $75, that puts fiber at $30/mo on both tiers — the same $30 whether you take 300/300 Mbps or 1 Gig. It is also the same price Visible charges for its 5G Home Internet service. So the speed tier you get is determined by which mobile plan you pick, not by paying more for internet.
That has a practical consequence: if you want 1 Gig, you have to take the Visible+ Pro mobile plan, whether or not you need 5G Ultra Wideband and a smartwatch line. There is no 1 Gig option paired with the base mobile plan.
Setup and the router
Setup is self-install through the existing ONT, with no technician appointment. Shipping is free overnight, there is no activation fee, no self-install kit charge, and no monthly router rental. The router is included at no extra monthly cost and becomes yours to keep after three consecutive months of service.
If your address doesn't qualify
Visible continues to offer Visible 5G Home Internet for customers in eligible areas outside the fiber footprint. It is the same $30/mo, delivered over Verizon's 5G network rather than fiber. Visible's own framing is that fiber is faster and more reliable than fixed wireless, so the 5G product is the fallback rather than the equivalent — but it carries no ONT requirement, which is the whole reason most addresses will end up there.
