Annual and pay-as-you-go plans
H2O sells two annual plans paid upfront: $60 for a year of talk and text, and $100 for a year with data, which works out to $5 and about $8.33 a month. Both are non-refundable. Pay-as-you-go cards charge 5 cents a minute or text and 10 cents per MB.
Who H2O suits
H2O is a good fit if AT&T coverage is strong where you live and you call abroad, since its plans include international calling credit. The annual $60 plan is one of the cheapest ways to keep a talk-and-text line active for a year.
