$35/mo for 30GB at 3 Mbps, with hotspot sold separately at $10/mo for 5GB. AT&T's online-only plan is the same $35 for exactly the same data and speed cap, and it adds 25GB of Mexico and Canada roaming plus a $15/mo intro rate for the first three months.

So the two tiers cost the same and Saver includes less. Its one genuine advantage is availability: it isn't restricted to online signup. Unless that restriction actually blocks you, there's no case for it. The 12-month plan at about $20/mo beats both.

The plan in AT&T Prepaid's lineup with the weakest case for itself. It is the online-only plan at the same $35 with Mexico and Canada roaming taken away and no intro rate, and it is beaten more decisively still by the 12-month plan at about $20/mo with priority data and a 10GB hotspot. The one scenario where it makes sense is if you can't complete an online signup and need a plan today from a store, and even then, Enhanced Plus at $45 is a better use of the next ten dollars.

Consider instead: AT&T Prepaid Unlimited (online only). The identical 30GB at 3 Mbps for the same $35, with Mexico and Canada roaming included and $15/mo for the first three months. The only catch is signing up online.
