The $15 plan makes sense for one specific person: someone whose phone is on Wi-Fi nearly all the time and who wants a Verizon-network line for as little as possible. For everyone else it's a false economy: the $20 plan is only $5 more and carries four times the data. Carryover softens the 1GB ceiling if your usage is uneven, but it doesn't change the arithmetic.

Consider instead: Visible+ Plan. If you actually need data, Visible runs on the same Verizon network with unlimited data for a flat all-in price, a better fit than stacking Tracfone's small tiers.
