A reasonable plan for a Wi-Fi-first user who calls abroad, and an inexpensive way to try the network at $5 for three months. What holds it back is what holds back every capped Twigby tier: when the 2GB is gone, 64 Kbps isn't a slow connection, it's no connection. If your usage is at all variable, the 10GB tier at $25 gives you room to be wrong.
