Pricing: the awkward tier

$35 for 10GB is $3.50 per gigabyte, a normal price. The problem is internal: Consumer Cellular sells unlimited data for the same $35 to anyone whose account holder is 50 or over.

For eligible customers this plan is strictly worse. For everyone else, effective cost is $39–41 after the $5.00 in fees, which is a lot for 10GB.

It's competently specified (10GB, good networks, excellent support) but Consumer Cellular charges the same $35 for unlimited data if the account holder is 50 or over. That makes this a plan for under-50s only, and under-50s have cheaper options elsewhere. Check your eligibility for Unlimited 50+ before buying this.

Consider instead: Consumer Cellular Unlimited 50+. Same price, unlimited data. If the account holder is 50 or over there is no reason to choose the 10GB plan over Unlimited 50+.
