The best entry-level unlimited plan in prepaid on price, and a genuinely unusual promise: $25 with no stated expiry, backed by 30GB of premium data that covers most real usage. It fails on one axis completely: there is no hotspot, and no add-on to fix that. If you tether even occasionally, Unlimited+ at $50 is the cheapest Boost tier that works. If you don't, this is very hard to beat.

Consider instead: Visible Base. Visible at $25 is the closest rival: the same price on Verizon's network, all-in with taxes included, and hotspot included rather than a $10 add-on.
