Method 1 - By Text: 

Dial #DATA (#3282) from your Verizon wireless phone, and you'll receive a text message with a breakdown of your data usage. 

Method 2 - My Verizon:

    • Go to vzw.com and sign into your account. 
    • Click on "Usage Details" to the right of your phone picture. 
    • You can also view a complete breakdown of your usage on the My Usage page in My Verizon, which shows talk, text, and data usage for each line on your account. 

Method 3 - Data Widget: 

Verizon offers a data widget that allows you to view your data usage. 

Method 4 - Verizon Family: 

If you have a Verizon Family account, you can also check data usage there.
